Flat loading aluminum frame case with pull handle and wheels. Rigid interior foam fitted for Temperature and Air Velocity Sensor Array lengths of 1500mm (59.1 in.) to 2000mm (78.75 in.).
Scorpion®2 Smart Charger
The SCORPION®2 Smart Charger is used to charge the SCORPION® 2 Data Logger Battery. It also acts as a user interface displaying vital information about Memory Available (hr:min), Battery Available (hr:min), Battery Internal Temperature and Battery Health.
A microprocessor controlled smart circuit is used to analyze the battery capacity and temperature to determine the correct charging current required to bring the battery to full capacity as fast as possible. The smart circuit can bring a severely discharged battery to full capacity in 1.5 hours. It also provides over-temperature protection by suspending charging as needed.

The Headroom Clearance Checker is designed to run through your process first, verifying that adequate overhead clearance exists throughout the entire line. If it encounters an obstruction, it folds flat and continues safely through — preventing costly damage, unplanned downtime, and lost production.
The Hinged Headroom Clearance Checker features two long stainless steel panels joined by a continuous hinge and secured with a two-point magnetic base for fast, reliable setup. It is optimized for use with a 40 mm (1.6”) Thermal Barrier protecting the SCORPION® 2 Data Logger.
For larger Thermal Barriers, the Headroom Clearance Checker Extension provides seamless adaptability. Designed for 50 mm (2”) to 125 mm (4.9”) barriers, each extension clips securely onto the hinged checker and is matched to your specific barrier size — ensuring accurate clearance verification across every application.
