Interface Devices
Interface Devices allow Product Probes to be connected to Data Loggers. Product probes are commonly used to measure core temperatures of a product as it traveles through a heating or cooling process.
Product Probe Interface
This device allows up to five external thermocouples to be connected to either the SCORPION® 2 Data Logger or the SCORPION® 2 Lite Data Logger.
Temperature Interface
This device allows up to ten external thermocouples to be connected to the SCORPION®2 Data Logger.
