Scorpion® 2 Profiling System

The SCORPION® 2 PROFILING SYSTEM has become a standard in the baking industry providing a complete measurement system to capture the 4 key baking parameters: 1) Temperature [Air, Band & Product Core], 2) Airflow, 3) Energy Transfer and 4) Humidity. This is done by connecting a series of Smart Sensors to the Data Logger and passing the equipment through a process with the product. Following data collection the profiles are downloaded from the Data Logger to a PC for analysis with the proprietary SCORPION® Software.

The SCORPION® is used in a wide range of Baking, Drying, Cooling and Freezing applications by personnel in R&D, Quality Control, Food Science, Corporate Engineering, Food Safety and Maintenance. It provides a single user-friendly platform for Data Collection, Analysis and Problem Solving.
